The 2017 Early Childhood Care and Development Congress: “Strengthening ECCD for Sustainable Development: Achieving Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All” is a three-day event in which plenary, concurrent, and workshop sessions present workable strategies and mechanisms that expand, strengthen, and innovate the ECCD system in the country.

Joining the Congress is Dr. Suriyadeo Tripathi, renowned child development specialist and currently the Director of the National Institute for Child and Family Development at Mahidol University in Thailand.

Representatives from the Government and Non-Government Sectors, Civil Society Foundations, Early Childhood Specialists, Academe, Educators and Field Practitioners, as well as Families are encouraged to participate in this Congress.
